How do you decide which professionals to shortlist for my task?

We have extensive networks of professionals and are able to match the requirements of your task with the best suited professional who can work to your budget.

What is a task?

A task is a one-off job that you need a professional's help with. This could be anything from hiring a manager who can build a 12 month plan for you, or hiring an A&R to help you put together your next project.

What if I don't like the outcome of the task?

You and the professional will agree on a standard of completion at the beginning. Upcomin will only release the payment funds to the professional once the standards have been met.

Can I get a refund?

If for any reason the professional is unable to complete the task to the agreed standard, we will return your funds immediately minus the Upcomin processing fee.

I've changed my mind, I no longer require the task and want my money back.

Once a professional has accepted a task, and you have agreed on the standards, we are only able to cancel the task for a small fee. We will refund your fee minus the professionals cancelation fee (15%) and the Upcomin processing fee (12%).
