I have been working in entertainment and with musicians in Los Angeles for the past 10 years. The last 7 of which I spent running the operations, distribution and rights management at Diplo’s Mad Decent/Higher Ground.
During that time I earned 3 Grammy nominations, 1 RIAA Gold and 1 RIAA Platinum Certification. I have a passion for developing artist careers helping them reach their full potential within the operational structures of their releases.

- I was Director of Operations at Diplo’s record label, Mad Decent, in Los Angeles for 7 years.
