Fawaz has accomplished various notable achievements in the music industry. He led the successful campaign for Ghetts' album 'Conflict of Interest,' resulting in a number 2 album ranking and a Mercury Nomination.

Fawaz also managed the marketing for Pa Salieu, the winner of BBC Soundpoll 2021, overseeing campaigns for multiple hit singles and launching the Afrikan Rebel EP and brand, which included a sold-out London event.
Additionally, he developed and launched UK artist Benjamin A.D, acting as the label and management, handling digital marketing and collaborating with streaming platforms. Fawaz also oversaw the release of Rosie Lowe's highly acclaimed second album, managed successful album campaigns at Polydor for various artists such as Wretch 32 (top 5 album), Jamie Woon, Shura, M.I.A, Dusky, X Ambassadors, and Rosie Lowe.
Furthermore, they set up their own label called Push & Run and worked closely with Gilles Peterson on his BBC R1 radio show, assisting with sourcing new music, podcast editing, and social media management.
